So I saw an add for this on the Military History channel (I guess I'm the age and gender demographic, if not the political demographic).  It's actually pretty clever.  Pawns are donkeys and elephants, rooks are Obama and Biden vs. W and Cheney.  The knights are Pelosi and Schumer vs. McConnell and McCarthy, bishops are Dem. & Rep. Supreme Court Justices.  The Democratic King and Queen (the nominees) aren't selected yet -- you get a podium for each, and after the convention, they'll send you the figures corresponding to the nominees.  On the Republican side, of course, Trump is the king, and Mike Pence is the queen.

Yeah, you read that right.  Mike Pence is the queen.

I'm still laughing.

I wonder if this merchandise was thought up by someone whose whole point in designing it was to sell stuff to Repugnicans with Queen Pence.
