It is wonderful indeed. I have breezed through a couple of chapters and it is truely an amazing book.

That's great! I will have to keep my eye open for that one. I love that stuff myself. I have a collection of 19th century readers for grade schools. They have some of the most gruesome tales - cautionary ones, of course. The Victorians were refreshingly un-PC.
