To apologize for yesterday's wonkiness, Keine buys Reimu the taiyaki she was denied last time!

As Reimu tries to get started on this delicious bounty, Keine keeps calling her name, as if she's trying to...
...wake her up.
Poor Reimu.
But this isn't the time for antics!
Akyu is in trouble, and needs their help. The red mist is thicker than ever.
Reimu realizes that, if the full power of the mist reaches the shrine, it could even break through to the outside world.
Time to get serious about this incident resolution.
The human village!
Red mist is running wild. With her weakened body, Akyu isn't doing very well.
With Youmu's help, she seems to be managing, though! Current goal: Find a place where the mist isn't spreading.
And the cavalry arrives!
Until Reimu resolves this incident, everyone in the human village is in danger.
Preparations complete!
Let's get the hell out of Dodge.
Reimu Route Chapter 4: Battle in the Mist
Keine is carrying Akyu for our escape! We can get out way faster this way.
Fairies! Fuzzballs! We're surrounded!
And it's a new kind of fuzzball!
It rams past Keine at lightning speed!
What's this? Akyu's asking Keine to put her down.
And she's on the field!
This way, Keine can fight properly. She'll cover the rear, while Reimu and Youmu open a path forwards.
Akyu says she'll be fine in this condition on her own for ten minutes. Within that time frame, we have to get her to this space!
Akyu is, as expected, insanely weak. She can't fly, moves slowly, is fragile, and has a single attack with range 1 that does barely any damage. Her only saving grace is the "Alert" spirit ability, which she can use three times - it makes the next attack against her automatically miss.
The victory conditions are to bring her to the end of the map or defeat all enemies. I lose if Akyu is defeated, or if ten turns pass.
Bonus condition? Akyu needs to get a kill.
Hey, look! Keine has attacks that aren't that sword.
The enemies have an annoying tendency to charge straight for Akyu sometimes, which is bad news. Thank god for Alert!
REIMU: KICKING LITTLE GIRLS IN THE FACE
Dropping the fairy to 854 HP, this is part of my sinister plan to clear the bonus condition! Akyu's brush attack usually only does 100 or less damage, but... that's not the only way she can defeat enemies.

Bonus condition met! Back to the ass-kicking.
THERE IS ALMOST NOTHING THAT HER SWORD CANNOT CUT
All the rear enemies have been taken out! Now Keine can catch up and help on the forward front.
Our time limit is halfway up!

Youmu is coming, too! This is important enough for her to take a break from her gardening work.
Even Rumia! Hey, the alternative is leaving her here alone with Akyu. This way we can keep tabs on her.
As the team heads out, a shadowy figure watches from the sidelines, plotting newspaper article headlines...
