Marisa, recalling the message she received in her dreams last night, suggests they try looking past the lake!
Unable to admit that she SAW IT IN A DREAM, Marisa justifies her logic as intuition! Not Reimu's intuition, but it should do.
Nitori wonders whether Marisa and Reimu are cooperating or competing. Marisa answers that she isn't really competing with Reimu, but doesn't want to lose to her, either.
Anyway, before anything else, Marisa has to get her Mini-Hakkero that Rinnosuke was making!
He sees her coming...
Wait, that isn't Marisa.
Who ever it is, she seems to have an appointment? Rinnosuke hands her a newly-repaired parasol.

Elly is a character from before the great continuity reset! This is why she has no spell cards, and why her minions are different from normal minions. She's a melee fighter, so I can out-range her and surround her for victory. In theory.
Enemies with non-diamond-shaped danmaku fields!
Evil eyes shoot eye lasers, Bokebokes try to lick you. Neither is particularly dangerous.
Nitori has a cucumber beam saber!
Reimu has no monopoly on kicking guys in the head!
Marisa and Elly exchange unpleasantries, and the fight begins!
Okay, "Fight" is a pretty generous term, since I'm attacking from outside of her range.
Bonus condition met! All non-Elly enemies defeated.
Really this is kind of unfair.
Alice actually brings this up, mentioning how Sakuya was way stronger.

The purpose of the attack wasn't to hit us. The panels form barriers trapping each of us in!
