LOL No, I'm not surprised, though I'm loling that it's in the news. Though I daresay it would add fuel to those who have an anti-gay fire (~'They's trying to turn everyone gay!!!'), I just hope that people point out that a lot of people who write slash fiction are actually /straight/ women.
