I think I'm the happiest I've been since I got to Nottingham. Things gradually seem to be slotting into place, and I feel the things I need are relatively accessible or not to problematic to find or get to, although Nottingham itself I find to be quite characterless which I'm not used to. Norwich? Indie student vibe? HAH! More like chav infested inbred scum pit vibe. At weekends at least. During the week it feels like a place where old people go to die. Like Florida without the sunshine.

How very dare you! Haha! It's only Prince of Wales round that gets chav infested during weekends though? My God, walking down there on a Saturday night was more scary then walking through Brixton in London in the early hours! If you walk down there early Sundays there was often blood still on the pavement, I found that on a few occasions. I always felt Norwich was relaxed and indie-ish myself... but they were my student years! Lovely Norwich. Lovely. Oh and I forgot to mention in my dissing of Nottingham's generalness, I can't abide the local accent either!
