How well acquainted are you with the fine folks at the Fire Marshal's office? They're going to be demolishing what's left of the building over the next few days...

If the Queen West fire was any indication, they'll remove all of the residual potential energy from the structure in a matter of days, but leave the pile of rubble for months to years as they fight over insurance and ownership.
