Hi Priya! Long time, no chat. But, I had to chime in. Bailey says the best gift he got for Hanukkah this year was a book. I can't even remember the title...I just picked it up, read the back, and it sounded like something he'd like. He just turned 9, is in 4th grade, and loves to read. Im sure Cheyanne would recommend The Riddle and The Naming.

She cant stop talking about them when she reads them. No thoughts on the book club though. It sounds like a great idea!

Aidan loved Coraline and can't wait for the movie! We all read City of Ember and its sequels. The movie was in theaters for about a minute in October -- we missed it, but it will be released on video at the end of this month ( ... )

Yeah, wtf, I totally missed City of Ember in the theaters! Here I am still waiting. LOL Chris is going to get it on netflix.

We were looking into the Inkheart series by C. Funke...we'll check out Thief Lord too. I didn't know that China Mieville wrote anything for kids!

I want to know more about the reading program you guys have!
