I feel slightly uncomfortable doing this, because I really do hate to see so many qualified people dropped down a level because of inactivity; sadly, the numbers this past quarter haven't looked as good as they usually do. uhm abe is it me or...has every single comms supporthelp been sent to I2...? There's none left once you depriv them all apart from the admins...

Doesn't that hint at a too strict criteria at the inactivity levels..considering comms used to be very low volume...?
