I feel slightly uncomfortable doing this, because I really do hate to see so many qualified people dropped down a level because of inactivity; sadly, the numbers this past quarter haven't looked as good as they usually do. Once upon a time, someone gave our IRC channel bot lots of special favors, and one day it randomly started granting privs for us. And the admins rejoiced and some of them failed to come up with unique privchange posts, posting the chat logs instead. Today, I'm going to be one of those admins.
