2. What are we feeling for Crixus? I never really understood why his character was supposed to be sympathetic.

4. Yes. I love fight scenes but SBS had some very repetitive ones.

2. Because he has no social skills and he seems pathetically unhappy despite being the Big Man on Campus (and between Luce's thighs). Also, he seems sort of disgusted by Luce, and he has to sleep with her to keep his position.

4. Yes.

2. I can see that. Sort of. I kept getting distracted by his case of the dumb wrt Naevia. Now that you mention it I can remember back to a time before N/C moments of epic dumb feeling a bit sympathetic about him being stuck between sex he doesn't want and treason.

I'm laughing my ass off at the warning screen. Is that for real? Our UK ones says "This programmes contains blah blah blah which some viewers may find offensive."

Fantasyverse claims Sparty is fantasy mostly because Wikipedia says it is. I don't think it's fantasy but I can't believe the whole "'tis totes historical, for reals" either. I have zero problem with any of the "intensity" but authenticity would sort out the accents for starters (I also have zero problem with them, just saying).

Yes, this is totes the American warning screen. They have to make out like it's legit because Americans (which I am) seem to be ridiculously sensitive about the existence of reality and sex.

Not so much trouble with violence though. Down with the violence.

Pretty much just a bunch of guys taking pics of their junk in a glass jar. Men get stupid when bored.

Oh and you know of course that Andy Whitfield is also in the Clinic? Yay for more Seeker/Sparty cast links!

Pits of the Underworld - LOL. You've totally sold me on Spartacus if I can be sure that Lucy as Xena and Spike will actually make an appearance.

They're in it if you consume enough alcohol before watching.
