My laptop recently died, and I had to have the hard drive stored on external discs which I'm now going through and putting on my new computer. Anyway, long story short, I came across a characterization exercise I did with the Rahl siblings I think when I was writing Castle in the Air that I don't think I ever posted. If I did, sorry, here it is

Oh, Jennsen's is so sad. I love the poetic rhythm that flows through them all, and the similarity of form in each piece while the content is so different. Glad these were rescued from the laptop crash :)

Thank you. :3 I had totally forgotten this existed! I do a lot of little random things like this when I'm stuck with writing, to try to get some clarity about the characters, but I don't usually save them.

I think I remember Richard's - maybe for an LL challenge? - and I love Jennsen's, so tragic and yet so sweet.
