Listening to The Crow soundtrack this morning. ^_^ I haven't listened to it in sooo long. I'd forgotten how much I love it (and the movie). Which got me thinking about the fact that probably over half of my LJ list has never heard of this movie that was so important to me in high school, let alone seen it. I just got new contacts today too! ^_^
I asked the eye doctor about ways to keep my vision in tip-top shape and he went on this rant about this new treatment that they are advertising on the radio that says it can lower your perscription by up to four powers.

Long story short. You just get used to seeing blury. It was so funny, whe was very accusing like I was planning to go do this treatment that I had never heard of.

BUT! on the same vein, he says eat right, and exercise and the eyeballs will stay in better shape too!

Goodness, The Crow was huge among certain of my friends back in college. Watching and re-watching was rampant. Several people were fond of Jane Siberry's "It Won't Rain All the Time," which as far as I know was exclusive to that soundtrack.

Hmm... I don't remember seeing that book at Mirai the last time I was there! I imagine that if I ever get to Japan, I'd probably be a little weirded out by one of those places. I can't even stay in the lingerie section of a store, or a lingerie store, for long. ^^;;;

Amusement - when I clicked on the link to the Love Hotels book, the only book in the recommended section was "Playboy: Blondes." Apparently the database thinks there's some relation between the two. ;)

I love that song! And on the score (which I also have) it has the version Brandon Lee sings. ^^

I ordered the book today!!! It should be in next Thurs. or Fri. according to Fireside. **dances** I hope it's Thursday, 'cause then I'll take it with me to Chicago and show everyone there!
