Taunting the new people with ciphered text about the things they don't know is some of the most fun I've ever had on the site. That, and seeing his coverage of the show draw in new fans. What a joy!

H'm. Corrupting the youth, or... I'm curious to know how many adults are included in the commentators/ lurkers (like me.)

I'm not yet to the point of signing up and figuring out the cipher. Probably have to do that through the library, like right now. I can't reply to my own comments at home.

I never got to discuss the series in any detail while I watched it the first time. I see one or two people get it right, and the rest are just as misdirected as I was.... Hilarity.

I don't get around to reading a lot of the comments but when I do it's hilarious watching everybody come up with theories about the characters and what might happen next.

Updating a bit. The old, personally- irritating debate has made its appearance: sub or dub? The answer: WHICHEVER YOU LIKE. I like the dub. People seem divided on Duck's and Mythos' voices, primarily; but what I hate to see is that the people who dislike the dub for what I consider translation and lip- synch problems, blame it on the actors. Also, that other characters are so incredibly spot- on-- Mr. Cat and Femio are so perfectly over the top, and Rue is as good as I could wish, and the only one that gives me serious problems is Lysander. The original Japanese augments the voices with electronic effects. The English dub seems to avoid that ( ... )
