Also, does Steve like (different use of 'like') it when you publicly display his affections. I am not saying it is wrong or right and I am not making any judgements on either of you because you are both so super-sweet-cute-luvely-endering-yadda-yadda-yadda? I am just asking.

Steve barely gets recognition for the 1,000 wonderful things he does. The picture just kept staring at me while I was typing and since it was a part of my day that made me happy, I wrote about it. I never considered whether it would bother him to write about it... do you think it does?
I think if it was Steve's journal and he wrote about something I did (that like- uh oh, did it again- wasn't 'personal', but was sweet) I wouldn't mind, I would know he truly appreciated what I did. Hmmmm... but now you have me thinking I should take it out... as to not offend anyone.

I can't speak for Steve at all, so I am not going to try to.

However, I know a couple of guys and some feel embarrassed when they do things for their gfs that are emotional, others don't. I don't. But hey, I am not every guy, I am only one. I only really feel emasculated when Elena is building furniture with big tools and I am wearing an apron making dinner. Well hey, I don't want my pretty cloths to get a stain, then I would have to change AGAIN and it takes hours for me to choose what I am going to wear in the first place. I don't know if I could do that TWICE a day.

The funny thing is, you probably think most of that is a joke, well, only the part about emasculation.

ahhhh.... the furniture building Elena. What a gal.
