His hair seemed a bit less messy than usual, as if it had fallen from its normal place. The blind boy had actually waken up a bit late that morning, and rushed out of his apartment in the hope that Emeraude didn't consider earlier than 9:30 as "late morning".

"Good morning, Shinju!" She greeted from where she heard the door open, glancing over her shoulder to smile at him brightly. It could be heard in her voice, even if he couldn't exactly see it. "I didn't make you get up too early, did I?" She laughed weakly, approaching him.

"Oh, not at all," Shinju replied with somewhat of an awkward grin, reaching to scratch the back of his neck.
