I am currently kicking myself. For my birthday, Dad got together an entire collage of the folks he works with at Knight’s Armament, all wearing tiaras. I finished the edits for SUNDAY last night and sent them in (waaaaay early) to my editor as a Yule gift. I promised the Fairy GodBoyfriend that I’d take it easy today, so there’s going to be a lot of resting, cleaning the house, and watching Christmas movies. I went to NY on Monday afternoon. Came back to DC Tuesday night and went straight to the OSC launch of Pathfinder at the Borders in DC. (I haven’t seen Scott in forever, I wasn’t going to miss that!) I’m a child of the Old Generation…I enjoy spending time with the family (even if it’s watching 17 hours of the Cake Boss marathon). I feel like staying on the computer for long stretches of time is kind of rude. While FGB and I did not attend the Rally for Sanity today in DC (despite my hardcore optimism and support for sanity, I’m still not a huge fan of crowds), we did arrive in its aftermath to meet my dearest Leanna Renee Hieber and see some sights.
