Fangirl Moment
I finished the edits for SUNDAY last night and sent them in (waaaaay early) to my editor as a Yule gift. I promised the Fairy GodBoyfriend that I’d take it easy today, so there’s going to be a lot of resting, cleaning the house, and watching Christmas movies. My copy of Locus this month was composed only of the outer cover--the page that has my address printed on it--and a note that said "Received Damaged" or something like that. The rest of the magazine was missing.
That's the 3rd time in 2-3 years this has happened. The paper they use for the outer cover is flimsy and pulls through the staples. I'm considering not renewing my subscription and just buying the magazine at the bookstore because of it. (Just thought I'd mention it, since you said you wanted a subscription.)
