You'll be surprised at how much effect the Wii Fit will have!!!
And walking in general is great too.... I read recently that a lot of people make the mistake of dieting through changing their calorie intake, but it's not much use if it isn't combined with a regular exercise regime. And it doesn't even have to be strenuous - a 30-45 minute walk and 20 - 30 minutes on the Wii will do WONDERS!
These are good things you've achieved and are planning to achieve. I like that you've narrowed your focus down to a couple of things at a time. I'd like to be able to do that but I'm too fickle. Well done. And good luck!
