My last post back in May I shared that I had to put my baby, PJ, down. It took almost 6 months, but in November I found Leo. Leo is a Maine Coon. He was found as a kitten in one of the local hospitals' parking garages. I adopted him from his first mom, an 83 year old resident in our senior apartments. I am looking forward to reading your pieces about your maine coon cat you loved so dearly. Brian Hennessey's cat was a Maine coon.

If you are interested he's writing a really good crime, original story; it has the potential to be better than Gone, I think. Main characters look like Gale Harold and a young Antonio Bandaras.

You might want to take a look at it.

I hope you don't mind my reading your story about your kitty. My friend's cat died last night. She was 17 and they had to euthanize her; there wasn't anymore they could do for her. He said, "There's a little hole in the world tonight." The whole family was there and his son, whose cat she was, held her as she died.
