Exactly last month [to the day] I had made this post Panoramic image required. After receiving "entries" from Yathin and Kalyan I selected Kalyan's image for the security/reception room. Initially I wanted the entire wall measuring 22x9 to be covered by the image. But after seeing the image resolution our graphic guy said it would lose clarity. So

Okay but nothing great about the image I think.Dont mind my being frank, but this looks ordinary and pretty dark for a panaromic rendering on the said wall. Would have preferred that kaziranga pic of kalyan rather if given a choice. http://kalyanvarma.net/photo?id=1132

The Kaziranga pic is also in the short list. This one was selected since I liked it the very first time he posted on his LJ. It had that whole light from heaven feeling;-)

I like the Nilgiris much much better, it my desktop wall paper for quite sometime.
Prem one question - is that a flex printing , if yes - doesn't it look grainy when watched from a close distance ?

Yeah this is flex printing. Which is why the graphic guy said a large poster ie 20x8 would look grainy and decided to go for this size. Here up close it still looks very fine and not grainy.
