Thanks... I think there's a whole lot to explore with Lady Emily ;)

Leave it to Becker to come up with an easy explanation. :) I think television would be among the most confusing of all modern devices.

Technology blows my mind sometimes and I'm relatively scientifically minded. I remember my grandmother being scared of the telephone when we made her have one to call someone in an emergency... she said it was dangerous to have electricity so close to your head and she'd hold the handset away from her ear - imagine how she'd cope with a mobile phone if she was still with us!?

Thanks for the comment, and its great to see you back in the 21st century!

on one hand, that probably helped; on the other hand, the shoe's on the other cultural food. :)

this is a very nice drabble. glad to see at least Becker is nice to Emily. *huggles them*

ooh, good drabble. There must be so many strange things for Emily to get used to that she doesn't understand.

Thanks... must be odd for Emily seeing all the technology we take for granted.

I do wish they'd done more with Emily's out-of-timeness. Instead of her transforming almost instantly into a modern woman. It seems such a waste of a good character idea.
