I went to the "aqua fit" class my gym offered, when I was late in pregnancy. including past my due date :) loved it!

Yoga is good for balance and flexibility, both of which I found helpful last time around. You can find prenatal yoga classes lots of places or get dvds to do at home, often available at the library.

Great post-partum input, thanks! I was trying to figure out when I would be ready to go back to my interval training classes, and I think I might have tried to much too soon.
