I apologize if this question is a repeat but:
Any one have any suggestions on exercises I(at 32 weeks) can do to work out my legs/thighs and arms? I feel like I've just become a big emotional, lazy blob. I'm going to start walking now that the temperature isn't unbearable.

Depending on whether you can find a pool at a good temperature walking in water or swimming is awesome - good workout and helps you get the weight off your joints at the same time. Create resistance with your hands as paddles flat against the water while walking in it for an arm workout.

Obviously walking is good... gentle stair climbing, hills etc.

It's ok to do anything that doesn't stress your body too much (check with your doc first etc esp if you have blood pressure, heart, diabetes etc issues or joint issues) - just keep an eye on not overheating too much or pushing your heart rate and blood pressure too hard (I'm assuming you haven't been exercising regularly before this).

So bike riding, walking, swimming, gentle weights (get someone to work out a safe program, keep the weights lower rather than higher), dance classes, sailing, canoeing, anything really.

I second the swimming, walking and yoga. Those were my favorite things to do. Of the three, I'd say I enjoyed swimming the most. I didn't feel so heavy and I found the water soothing. I didn't get to swim too much in my 3rd trimester so I can only imagine how nice it would've been when I was that far along. Next time. Just be really careful about getting in and out if the only way in and out of the pool are ladders like where I swam.
