i'd bet on an allergic reaction to something (new soap, laundry soap, food, etc) way before pupps

allergic reaction is what it sounds like, have you changed soaps or laundry soap? anything like that? used new lotions, medications, etc?

i wouldn't totally rule out an allergic reaction none the less, i had one on my forehead that was similar to yours recently & i had not changed any products or used any new ones, it went away on its own eventually as well. pregnancy can cause a lot of skin issues because of changing hormones so i wouldn't be too surprised if it was either an allergic reaction or just a change in hormones. the last thing i would think it could be is pupp.

does it itch consistently, all the time? with puppps the itchiness came and went for me. i also didn't have tiny red bumps, mine were bigger and looked sort of like hives.

consistently for a couple hours at a time since this morning. on and off all day. but they're like tiny little bumps, and then some of them are grouped together in clusters of red-pink little bumps in and along the stretchmarks i got w/ my son. they're not really raised that much, but they're like little bitty slightly raised dots of reddish-pink

With me, I had PUPPP on my belly for the last month of my pregnancy (and yes, it was my first), and it was horrible. Like dingdongdead, the itch of the hives came and went, but mostly came. I hope to god for your sake that it's NOT PUPPP, because you'd be in for a long pregnancy. I found hydrocortisone cream and oatmeal baths helped a bit. The one night I caved and finally took a Benadryl I went into labour the next day. On the plus side, the itching really did stop immediately after I had my son (though the lingering effects of an epidural and a spinal may have helped with that for a bit).

Are you the only one getting them?
Ugh, it sucks, I got something like this postpartum, I've been getting hives every night for 7 weeks now.
Are you too warm/cold? Sometimes you can develop allergies during pregnancy or just after. It's also possible you came into contact with something unknowingly.
You have my empathy, it SUCKS.

With both of my kids I got a raised, PUPPP looking rash on the inside of both of my arms at the very beginning of my pregnancy. It didn't itch, but it did sort of burn. My OB had no idea what it was and it went away within a few weeks. It happended with both pregnancies so I guess for me it's just a weird preggo thing.
