I've never had to deal with a C section, but what youre saying about the records concerns me. If they lied that much, what else did they lie about. I would suggest speaking to a local ICAN representative, and maybe a lawyer if the last labor negatively affects this one. Seems very suspicious to me.
i would be very, very concerned about a doctor intending to deliver you at 33 weeks without having extraordinary life-threatening reason to do so. that's against every recommendation made by everyone who makes recommendations, including ACOG.
yeah that was my concern too, she said we would talk more about it at my appt this upcoming week but that we would probably just take it day by day when it comes closer.
I am seeing a high rish OB and she said we will speak more about it at my appt this upcoming week but that we will probably just take it day by day when it gets closer but she is worried that because my uterus never got as large as it would at 39 weeks and the strange incision I am at higher risk for uterine rupture. I am hoping to get as far as I can but do not want to put mine or my daughters life in danger.
Also the surgical report is definetly mine as they match my sons records that I just recieved, the first set of records that we got are probably not mine which explains why they said the wrong type of incision and gestational age...
Oh my! This doesn't sound good AT ALL. I can't even fathom a reason they'd lie so much about your last delivery. A full months difference is HUGE especially at that age!!! I wonder if you can also request your son's medical records, and speak to a lawyer about this. Because the discrepancy because his records and yours would be a very strong point.
