Several Issues...previous premature delivery via csection and now premature pelvic separation HELP

Not really sure where to start...

I am 19 weeks pregnant with baby #2, a little girl :) I delivered my first child, a boy in Feb. 2007 via c-section, he was born at 30 weeks 3 days due to uncontrollable pre-eclampsia (he is perfect now and will be 4 on Sunday!) The weeks after he was born I was told that my incision was a a low transverse incision and that my son was breech. Well fast forward to my current pregnancy....At my first appt with my new OB (we moved) she had already received my requested records from the previous OB, after reviewing them and speaking with me she was concerned because the dates were off, they said that I delivered at 34 weeks and that my son was almost a pound more than he was... So she called the previous OB and requested the surgical report from the hospital. Well it turns out that the records my previous OB sent over were completely wrong, I had not had a low transverse incision, they performed a "block style" U-shaped incision, which means two vertical incisions connected by a horizontal incision across the bottom to connect. My doctor and I are completly shocked at this news as I was planning to attempt a VBAC which is now completly out of the question due to possible chance of rupture since my uterus never fully stretched the last time and these crazy incisions. Also I have now developed "premature pubic joint separation" and my OB had told me to limit my activity and I start physical therapy next week to help ease the pain but they say it will NOT go away until a short time after delivery. My doctor is also very concerned about exactly how far to let me progress in this pregnancy and mentioned that she may only let me go 2-3 weeks past the delivery point of my previous pregnancy so that would mean 33 weeks and a few days at most and that is only if the pre-E doesn't rear it's ugly head again (they say the chances of reccurence go down the next time, except when it is a different father which is my situation). I am scared and super worried and really confused. Has anyone had any similar experiences or any advice? Anyone ever heard of a "U-shaped incision" on the uterus? HELP!!
