Between 8:30 pm and 9:30 pm last night I had 10 consistent and strong contractions. I even went #1 and #2 somewhere in the middle and the contractions stayed strong afterwards. Same thing happened the night before. Nice and strong, steady, lasting a good minute each.... just to die out after an hour and 15 minutes or so. Then I go to bed and wake

oh lord welcome to my world. i've been in prodromal labor for a week and a day now and what you described has happened to me a few times...where i think "okay this is really real!" but it's not. So frustrating! Last night I woke up in pain and i even got up and walked a bit only to have everything dissipate. Sigh lol.

It's so frustrating, i totally know what you're going through. My baby has dropped so low at this point that there is no room for him and it HURTS so bad.

i really hope that you can have your baby soon! i hope we BOTH have our babies soon lol i can't take much more of this, it's torturing me!

Every time I read your posts I silently hope that todays' the day for you! My baby has dropped but I think he's messing with me because there are some days he's so low I can't hardly walk and then he pops back out again! Silly babies. On a happier note, LOL... Do you know what you're having?

thank you! i hope so too! i told the baby that his birthday has to be soon lol especially since it looks like my husband is about to get a new job that starts November 1st and i'd really rather him get to use his paternity time at his old job before moving to a new job and immediately needing time at home with us. That really means the baby has to come SOON! lol

we are having a boy :) i am really excited but we still don't have a name yet! I feel so behind lol but i mean, i think i have to see him first and then hopefully we will be able to know what his name is.

and yea i feel you with the baby being so low you can't walk, my gosh, that's happening to me now too. It's insane to me how low my baby is at this point.

We're having our 4rth boy! Plus hubby has a boy from someone else so it's like our 5th boy. I'm okay with it because I honestly don't think I'd know what to do with a girl!

I know ppl that have gone to the hospital with a list of names they loved, and didn't officially pick a name until they saw their baby's face. So don't worry, it'll come to you.

I hope it works out with your hubby getting the time. Mine will only be able to take a couple days to help me at the hospital and get the house cleaned up and prepped for baby's homecoming. He works for a private company and doesn't receive any benefits. Good ol construction! lol

Seriously... these babies really need to come. I even made the famous eggplant parmesan last night! Obviously, didn't work. but I'll be eating it for lunch today just to make sure :)

i did that crap for two weeks before i had my baby. it got to the point that i didn't know when i was in actual labor until my water broke.

I swear I'm not going to know either until I'm stuck having him at home! (which would be fine if that were the plan, but it personally scares me)

I had three weeks of this before it was the real deal.

It was really frustrating at the time, but I think ti is also the reason my labor and delivery were so easy. I had a friend that was due the same day I was that never had prodromal labor. She was induced at 12 days overdue and it took her nearly 48 hours to deliver.

3 weeks!! I'm glad your labor went so smooth, hopefully that's the same deal for me. Your poor friend! I was 11 days overdue with my #1 and was in the hospital being induced. It took over 36 hours then 4 hours of pushing to get him out!

omg i'm so with you! i'm due tuesday next week and i've had so much false labor i'm about to scream! i wake up from deep sleep with contractions and am like "alright this is it" but then they stop and then i can't go back to sleep! ahh! silly babies.
