I went up north on Saturday and just came back to find that there's a heat advisory in the city. It's 32 degrees out, but the local weather network let me know that with the humidity it feels like 39. We don't have air conditioning. I was SERIOUSLY excited that last week it was feeling more like autumn and I was enjoying my hot tea and oatmeal breakfasts and taking the dogs for a walk in the crisp, cool evenings, and wearing a JACKET one day.
Now I feel like I can barely eat, and if I take the dogs out I feel sick when I come back inside. BLEGH BLEGH BLEGH. I am SO OVER summer. And lucky me had to go and be all pregnant during one of the hottest summers since I've lived here. Hah.
I do recommend swimming and going to the movies and walking around the mall and spending hours in Chapters. Go where the air conditioning is. :)

I grew up in southern California, and even though it was technically hotter there, the humidity here is sooooo miserable in the summer!
