It's probably just the normal aches and pains of pregnancy. Relaxin makes your joints loose, which can make you more prone to get achy, and you're carrying around a lot of extra weight, which also puts strain on your knees.

Just try putting your feet up for a while. You'll be fine.

Don't worry. If it's a DVT you'll feel more than a pulling sensation and definitely not a pinching. It'll be a deep constant pain. You will have pain when the back of your calve is palpated (+ Homan's sign). Varicose veins are definitely often described as a pinching sensation.
I'm a RPA-C, and I wouldn't be sending you for a doppler. :)
