Wow! I really think that there was a lot of thought put in to the creation of the journals and to think that we all take advantage of the simplicity without often looking at the reasons why certain little things are the way they are.

Just the details alone, the user names, the default user pics and even the titles have some significance to the journals that we often don't pay much attention to, which I think is the purpose for the meme rather than it being just for fun.

Ha! I'll thank her for sure, once she stops reminding me about centipedes. Heh. I know for sure that I make every RP journal of mine laden with all sorts of heavy-handed symbolism. The really funny one is realizing my regular journal is so utterly lame after all that. XD

Poetry! *Facepalm* I know I'm usualy one to use SONG LYRICS because I'm a music addict, but I've been fighting to find something more fitting for Cole and I think I should have ignored songs in favor of Robert Frost's "The Road Less Traveled"!!! (My favorite poem and it would fit Cole so well!!!!)

Hahaha. Sorry if I'm rambling at you. I just totaly spazzed when I suddenly had the realization "I DON'T HAVE TO USE SONG LYRICS"!!! XDDD

Aah...Frost... *has a mild little fit of happies* Frost wrote a lot of other stuff of course, but I'm fond of him because even if he doesn't rhyme, his meter's perfect. In other words, he's a really decent poet. XD But I'm the poet glutton over ehre, so...uh...if you're looking for something for Cole, chances are I could find you something if you DIDN'T want to go with something that mainstream...

I'm not that much of a music glutton... I fail hard.

I have two books of poetry. Frost and Emily Dickinson. But I'm really not a poetry person. Even so I like The Road Less Traveled. ^.^ And Emily Dickinson's one about being a nobody...

Let's see...including the book full of sonnets in my backpack, i ahve two versions of Walt Whitman's Leaves of Grass, a colelction of Burns (Which I don't read, but it's an antique, so I like it), A Robert Louis Stephenson collection. (Whose name I might be misspelling because my brain's dying), A Donne collection, A Wilde collection. (I have everything ever writte by Wilde, actually), a Frost colelction, SEVERAL Poe collections (since i started taking a class in him once), A Dickinson collection, Just about everything written by Plath, an Emerson collection, Dylan Thomas' collected poems, and T.S. Eliot's The Waste LandThat's what I can remember off my head, that is. Out of the books at my bedside... I can't remember half the stuff on Potato-kun, but I have a collection there too
