I'd forgotten about adrian tomine - mainly because optic nerve is one of those things you loan to someone just before they move away and never consider returning. Crap - how does this one compare? Is it one book or a series of stories like Optic Nerve?

It's one fairly short book. I think some of it has been in optic nerve before also, it's a series of connected stories.
