Erin took her college entrance exam the other day - we got her results already. She needed a 3 on the math, and a 4 on the reading. She got a *5* on the math and a 5 on the reading! That is what irritates me about her sometimes, she is NOT stupid and has so much potential.. now to get her butt motivated and life will be good ( Read more... )

Yesterday, Tom and I went shopping and found some goodies for the livingroom. We have this one wall that is so blah - the only thing against it is the aquarium and it has a rusty kindof paisly brownish wallpaper on it. I've hated it from the day we bought the house. We ended up going to a club in town that we've gone to and enjoyed before. It is called Tommys - they have a very nice lounge area with good food, good music, and a funny DJ. We ate a nice dinner and sat and drank (I had sodas, he had 1 beer and sodas) for 4 hours! It was wonderful, dark, romantic, energetic :) We danced to 3 songs.. slow of course ( Read more... )
