So in December of 2008 I made Shalka Doctor and Master costumes, buuut given the choice between being The Doctor and being The Master with someone else to be my Doctor I will always choose the latter

I never know how to pose either. Any acting face I try always ends up looking ridiculous, so I just smile :)
These pics are great though! I love the pocketwatch ones! And that is a very nice clock! Your costume is lovely; did you sew it from scratch/with patterns or do stuff like alter thrift store finds? I think the hairdo looks good; I could definitely tell it was Shalka Doctor's look :)
I have two faces really, happy-smiley-idiot, and extremely-bored. I tryyyy but, yes. It's hard.
The tux shirt and waistcoat were thrift finds/ just part of my wardrobe, the trousers were store bought and also just my closet. I used velvet ribbon for the tie 'cause I wanted a texture contrast, but I do own a proper ribbon tie which would have been worn the times my friends have worn this. The coat is from scratch though, I didn't use a pattern 'caaause it looks like a box. I think I have progress pics on my shalka tag though. I would like to make another one someday, a realistic looking one, as opposed to flash animation BOX.
Anyway, thanks! You know how I love Shalka 8D When I was putting on the makeup I was thinking "this is so familiar...." just the Doctor's eyebrows are less extreme than the Master's XD It was fun!

He can probably play the xylophone, harmonica, bagpipes, and the accordion. Amoung other things of course.
