This recently came to my attention. Jelly Belly has a Sport Bean. I haven't tried them yet, but I love that Jelly Belly is producing a version of their product with added electrolytes for athletes!

Yesterday, I got a mystery package. It was a medium sized yellow envelope from New Jersey waiting at my house. I opened it up and found -- entirely unexpectedly -- a signed copy of Naomi Novick's new novel, Tongues of Serpents!

Pay close attention to this flight

My plane was delayed by more than two hours because they accidentally painted the windshield of the plane! Remember their was a fire in the house right behind mine? I just happened to glance out the back window of our house, and noticed the entire third floor of the burned house is gone! All that is left is a little bit of the back porch wall! I'd heard a little bit of noise this week, but not much. I'm surprised!

I gave blood today, and thought of a line from stealthmuffin's book Spiral Hunt. (Paraphrasing): Now they won't be able to use blood magic to find me!
