Doing a Fringe show with Two Shades of Blue is a wonderful luxury, in that we can assume as a baseline things which many other companies struggle to get right. Live yogurt and vitamin pills, and a lavender sleep mask, or in more generalised words, eat well, sleep well and put your faith in god. (advice given to Luther when he was getting all angsty and argumetnative by his senior monk, probablyy apocraphal)

Excellent point. I'm sure a major reason that this year was so much less fraught than last year was because we were all sleeping and eating better.

Glad you enjoyed it. Staying off the booze has definitely helped me too (admittedly that was dictated by budget rather than chosen for health reasons though).
