To be honest, that's not a subject I have much experience with, but it probably depends on the individual. The more attached they are to life, the longer they'll stay around.

The Winding Way's been having some trouble, and my friend Ichigo - he's one of their pilots - wants me to come help them out. He always looked out for me back home, so I'm going to look out for him.
