I've had a lovely couple of weeks save for the last 3-4 days. Seems I've decided to go and catch a summer cold (oxymoron much??) All would be fine but I'm trying to get my shit together for my trip to Atlanta that is coming up relatively quickly and I've been running around for work and unable to get any good sleep. Managed to get to the doctors ( ( Read more... )

You should so get a bullwhip, just to be able to answer yes to questions like that. That's awesome. You have amassed a fantastic watch list. Great shows. Sorry about your friend. How's your grandmother doing?

Gma is doing okay. She and my Aunt just got back from a trip to the beach and they are planning a trip to the mountains for October. I was able to see her last week and she seemed to be doing okay. Thanks for asking.

My brother and I both had a bullwhip when we were younger(around the time Raiders came out)I still have some of the scars where he popped me a time or two. :) We were forever running around the house finding treasure like good ole Indy.

Hahaha. That's Awesome. I LOVED Raiders. Its still an all time fav. By the time I got my hands on a bullwhip, I was in college and working as a wrangler at a summer camp. I knew enough to not really go near it. Some of the others messed around with it, but I just knew I'd put my eye out or something trying to crack it, so I just swooshed it around and never did anything dangerous. I watched form a distance when they were practicing with it.

I hope you find that picture or vide again of the new look for Silicone Valets. I admit, I don't watch Ideal, but I have seen all of Andrew's bits. He's so amazing. What a chameleon. :-)

Nice to see your Grandmother is living to the fullest and letting every day count. If you've not scene it, I would recommend the move Second Hand Lions. It's fantastic and it's about making life full. It's a great movie. I watch it about once a year or so. Fantastic acting as well.

I loved that movie...with Robert Duvall and Haley Joel Osment? I can't remember the other gentleman I think it's Michael Caine though right? Yeah, that was a great movie. Believe me, after the losses we've suffered in my family, I make every day count.
