Man, I hate these kinds of fics. Had enough of them popping out everywhere when I looked for HP fanfics.

Also, [ハリーと頑固な校長先生] means, well, the title. "Harry and the Stubborn Headmaster". I seriously don't know why the author needs to put random Japanese in his fic. It's correct, but it's still annoying.

Myself as well for the simple reason it tosses out something that was important to the plot, and if they toss that out what else do they mess up? Now... if we were to have a story where there would be consequences for the persons actions of taking Harry away... that would be a good one. Oh, and the abuse. The heads of the Dursley family weren't dumb, they may have been abusive to Harry but they also had to keep up appearances. A six year old child that can't talk, well... that's bad for their status.
