Who in their right mind would tell the entire school something THAT private, that personal, and something that is SO going to scar Harry for life. Wait... apparently the Sue hit her head on a banister, which caused her to start speaking, after three years of not speaking. :(
You just wouldn't do that. I think she should have just said that she was Harry's older sister, tell everyone that how was none of their business (before she spilled everything) and then tell those they trust about what had happened. Not the whole school!
Some Suethors don't understand why there is a point to respecting the original canon. They think that fanfiction is a free for all. I think, if some were to understand this concept, we would have a lot less Suefic.
I didn't make it through the complete sample. Even the summary confused me.
Why would Dumbledore let students be resorted? Is this some kind of Neville hate we get here, like, "Neville can't be a Gryffindor!111!"?
And why would Lily Evans give her daughter the same first name she has? And where is James? And are triple names allowed in the UK? (They aren't in Germany.) So many questions...

Perhaps. I think it is more so the author can freely have Draco/Harry in their fanfic and have them as OoC as they want. At least I think that was the slash pairing the summary they were refering to, as I looked at the reviews, and that seemed to be the indication.

Good question. Daughters named after their mothers tend to be done by the father, not the mother, as girls don't have junior/senior like guys do, typically.
I think James was paired with another OC during the prequel to this, but I am not quite sure, the fanfic was that confusing and badily written.
And no... I don't know if they allow triple names in the UK. Concidering the girl shouldn't logically have three names, if canon was being payed attention too
( ... )
I've heard of them too. I believe that there are some birth certificates with long names, but they are I think of very particular decent, like Hispanic. They also cut down on how much they use.

Somehow, this seems the only sensible response to this nonsensical... thing.
