This is not only a disgrace to everything awesome about Hermione, but it's horribly unoriginal. I swear I've read another fic in which Hermione's nickname is Mia, and, how many "pureblood Sues that share Hermione's name and are destined to be paired with Draco and/or Blaise" do we really need?
It also fails to really explain why "Mia" had to go into hiding. Even if they do consider their child being Voldemort's heir a bad thing, why hide the daughter? Just present Draco. Or if Voldemort really decides he wants a female heir (seems unlikely, considering how prejudiced he is), is the newborn son somehow more deserving of this "bad" fate than his sister?
Now I've got this random image of the Malfoys taking their secret daughter out of Saint Mungo's, because she's ready to interact with people again, only for some bizarre reason, she thinks she used to be Hermione Granger.
Yeah, my mind seems to go in that direction a lot. Probably because somebody who only thinks they're powerful, or special, or whatever is far more interesting than someone who is.
I had a similar concept in an idea for a crack-fic called "An Influx of Students" where one of the students was released from Saint Mungo's, thinking she was not only Harry's twin sister, but also half-hippogriff!
Sadly I suck at actually writing crack-fics. However, if anyone who does write crack-fics ever needs ideas, let me know. I'm always willing to share

Can't really belive that I'm about to say this... But on some stories, I'm actually sorta glad that s/he points us out to the author. Because those are the people who desperatly need help from sites like this. But, this isn't one of those stories. Yes, it's bad, but... *pulls out a shot gun*
