0053: Sweet Sixteen - Angel Temero

From the backlog... I don't think I'm getting to these fast enough. They keep coming up as "story not found." Then again, considering that they're atrocious Sues, that's probably a good thing.

It is actually going to be a Ginny/Draco fic but I wanted to introduce Angel first so this chapter was kind of focused on her.

What I want to know is, what is the point of the Sue, if this is going to be a Ginny/Draco fic and Angel is going to "fade into the background"? Why not just write a Ginny/Draco fic if you want a Ginny/Draco fic?

Grrrr.

Yes, Angel is fat. And so is the author. The author is very sensitive about this fact.

It's always good to have an emotional involvement in your fic, but there's such a thing as over-projecting.

From her bio:
Ok, read this if you write Hp Fanfic: Why there is NO graduation at Hogwarts: Ok, In England you go to Secondary school (high School and what Hogwarts is.) You can go to Sixth form if you want (years six and seven at Hogwarts) After that you can go to University. You graduate at the end of Uni; therefore there cannot be graduation at Hogwarts as you leave at the end of Sixth form (seventh year) Got it? Good. Um, actually this doesn't make any sense. Can somebody clear up exactly what eventually graduating from a university has to do with not celebrating a graduation from Hogwarts? Or from any secondary school/high school? Here in the US it's the same thing-some go on to a university and graduate from there, but we've got a high school graduation and sometimes even a junior high graduation. And not everybody goes to a university anyway-high school is the end of most people's schooling. Is this different in the UK? And this bio gives the impression that the last 2 years of high school are optional. That can't be right, can ( ... )

Isn't Ginny's full first name Ginevra? I mean maybe that hadn't been explained in the books yet in 2003, but then wouldn't the optimal choice just be to call her Ginny like everyone else does? Why make up a longer version of the name? I thought even the teachers just referred to her as Ginny (otherwise the Sue should have known her real first name).
