This is barely recognizable as either franchise. It's like a fandom car crash more than a crossover

Basically the writer skipped out on all the work a writer should be doing for a Girl-Who-Lived story and skipped to the part they wanted to write which in turn resulted in a female OC pretending to be a Girl-Who-Lived instead.

OF course, like all Twilight fics they get a ton of special stuff, which we tend not to see anymore in other HP stories.
