WHAT: awfulness

[Illyana comes through the door, probably later than she was supposed to be home, and comes right in.]

Evening, dad! [She looks at the food, burnt again. Must not make a comment about that.] Uh, it looks great mom!

Hopefully it tastes as great as it looks. [They are not that lucky, but Sally sits down, waiting patiently for Sam to cut the roast.] How was work, honey?
