swap your freddo for an apple, or other fruit. the fibre will do you good, plus it's still sweet- you'll get your sugar fix. perhaps you could get your chocolate fix in the form of a hot chocolate like jarrah chocolatte mmmm
I know chocolate isnt good for the diet but its been the one stipulation if I ever do go on health kick etc is that I dont give up my chocolate and hot chocolate just doesnt cut it with me unfortunately. But I used to have a block a week (250g) now I have 12 grams a day 84g per week eventually I'll cut it back to 12g per week but at the moment if I tried that I would just give up.
