rough week

let's see...i had the mother of one of my 16 yr old employees call me at home on sunday night during dinner time to attack me and treat me like crap for 45min. yes, i know i should have hung up. but i didn't. it was terrible

How did she get your home phone # to begin with?
If you often have to make calls to employees from your house you should have a work cell phone. There is no reason they should ever need your personal phone #.

You are definitely more patient than I am if you listened to her mother complain for 45 minutes on your day off. (not to mention all the wasted time dealing with the teen on your days off).
