There's nothing like the prospect of guests (or family) to make one realize, "Gee, I live in a total pigsty." I spent like, two hours cleaning my bathroom tonight. Well, I've done something towards them tonight, at least- I bought FlareAlert beacons for Ratchet's lightbar. I know cartoon Ratchet doesn't have one, but I enjoy building them, so deal. ;) At least these will be bright and flashy and obvious! (Besides, my spinning light died after BotCon last year.) Wheeljack's ears are gonna blink!

Coworker Bill does a lot of electronic fiddling in his spare time. He says it'll be easy to do, given that I found a kit to make the voice activated part. All I have to do is get the kit and the LEDs I want to him, and he'll put it together for me.
