There's nothing like the prospect of guests (or family) to make one realize, "Gee, I live in a total pigsty." I spent like, two hours cleaning my bathroom tonight. My bathroom is roughly a 5x7 closet of a room. I scrubbed every surface. I even individually handwashed washed my duckies ( Read more... )

I think so. Surprisingly, she was most unhelpful while I was painting half the dining room costume pieces white.

The gray's hard to see on her fur, though. Not quite as striking as the stripe on her nose. XD

I suspect your guests won't mind a bit of mess. They're there to see you, to buy toys, not judge. ;)

Well, yes, but I can just feel my mother's stern disapproval from Michigan for having a dirty house with guests over. ;) You know how mothers are.

That's always hilarious when they do that. XD

At one point, I was spreading a great deal of tacky glue onto a 12x18 piece of foam. Chihiro leapt up to see what was going on, landed in the glue, and teleported to the other side of the room in a panic. I honestly don't think her feet touched the floor in her mad scramble to escape the glue. XD

Michelle is a nurse. That's pretty much her hobby. >_> She dabbles in scrap booking, too. For Christmas, she collected tons of photos from relatives to make a family album for her mother. Michelle's mom's stepmom burned all of Michelle's mom's family photos when she married in, because it wasn't her family. So Michelle started that quest, and now she can't stop. XD
