Pho tic-tac

This is seriously the best pho I have ever eaten.
It's right near 85th and Greenwood.

The broth was immaculate.
Adding Sriracha or Hoisin to the broth itself is a crime against carefully crafted flavor and a slap across the face of a cook who clearly has not had their spirit crushed by the tasteless masses
