Pho tic-tac

This is seriously the best pho I have ever eaten.
It's right near 85th and Greenwood.

The broth was immaculate.
Adding Sriracha or Hoisin to the broth itself is a crime against carefully crafted flavor and a slap across the face of a cook who clearly has not had their spirit crushed by the tasteless masses.

The broth is thicker and heartier than the overly salty watered down au jus you are used to from places like Than Brothers, and it has more than three distinct flavors.

The meat tastes like meat, instead of tasting like old. The veggies are crisp and delicious.

The people on yelp (http://www.yelp.com/biz/pho-tic-tac-seattle) Like to complain about slow service, dirty fish tanks, and rude service. Those people have no business in a good pho restaurant, and would be better served by the most mediocre of pho place with clean dishes, westernized servers, high prices, free refills, and a willingness to take credit cards (read: What the Pho).

I've said it before, and I mean it:
Pho tic tac is so good, it makes other pho seem like a kick in the crotch.
